Over the course of The Tale of a Town project, we've had the opportunity to undertake two long-duration residencies, where we spent the whole summer stationed at festival sites, interviewing people from across the country. In 2014 we spent July and August in Charlottetown's Celebration Zone, marking the 150th anniversary of the Charlottetown conference, and in 2017 we ventured into the Canada's sesquicentennial celebration at the Inspiration Village in downtown Ottawa. Our residencies were supported by Ottawa 2017, Ontario Arts Council , Ontario Trillium Foundation, and PEI 2014 in Charlottetown.
